Vending at Chrysalis Moon Festival is FREE, per 10 ft. frontage space. We will accept the first 15 approved vendor applications. Vendors must be a registered full festival participant, Premium or Primitive. We do ask that each vendor donate one item for the Chrysalis Moon raffle.
Vending spaces are 10’ frontage with a maximum allowance of 2 merchant spaces (20′ of frontage) along vendors’ row. Camping is permitted near or behind your assigned vendor space. Spaces are allotted on a first-come, first-served basis.
Merchants/Vendors may arrive any time AFTER 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, June 5th (festival opens Thursday June 6th) and must be packed and leaving on Wednesday, June 11th. Festival closes at 3:00 pm.
If you wish to have a booth at the festival, please read the VENDOR RULES. A completed application is considered acceptance, by the vendor, of all vendor rules.
